Save the date: Thursday, May 9 will be our 2024 “Chairish the Children” Auction.
This year’s auction will be held at the beautiful Indiana Welcome Center at 7770 Corinne Dr. in Hammond, just off I-80/94 on Kennedy Avenue South.
The “CHAIRish the Children” Art Project invites students in the Lake County middle and high school art programs to participate by designing a chair that artistically represents what it means to cherish our community’s children. These designs reflect the artists’ thoughts about children, childhood, and what children mean to the future of our world.
